High Care:
|
|
Many of our guests require extra attention during their stay. Our High Care program
caters to any guest that has medical conditions, behavioral challenges or advanced
age. Our typical High Care guest may need post surgical care or life-sustaining
medication. Perhaps your pet is experiencing an aggressive phase or is simply a
puppy or a senior. Call us to discuss your special needs and we will put together
a special program for your pet. High Care may include extra walks or playtime, special
kenneling and hands on attention. We suggest that giant breeds should be under our
High Care program due to lethargy, weight and size. In addition, deluxe boarding
for our large guests offers large suites with higher run doors.

Puppy Program:

Our puppy services are required for any pet under 6 months of age. Our puppy guests
are given extra attention during this energetic and curious phase of their life.
We make their experience one that will have them begging you to bring them back.
The Puppy Program includes extra feedings, walks, monitoring of diet, bathroom habits
and crate training if needed.

Geriatric Program:
|

Many of our senior guests are use to spending their days
at home. Pet-Ritz takes special care to recreate your older pet's home routine.
The Geriatric program is required for any senior that needs special attention. Our
program includes medications, walks, monitoring of diet and bathroom habits.

|
Full Service Spa:
|
|
Pet-Ritz offers full service spa amenities. Our services
include relaxing baths, brushing, manicure/pedicure, gentle warm air fluffing and
much more. During holidays and peak vacation times, we recommend that you call in
advance to ensure your pet will be able to take full advantage of our spa services.
All other appointments may be made at check-in.

Any pet that shows aggressive tendencies while visiting our resort may be placed in
the High Care program. This is due to the danger of biting during feedings, walks
and cleaning of runs. All programs may be altered to best suit the needs of our
guests at any time. Any guest may be considered High Care during their stay if their
needs fall into the High Care program.
